1-to-1 or Couples Training in Your Home
Whether you want dedicated 1-to-1 coaching or prefer to train as a couple, I bring professional fitness training directly to your home.
Perfect for beginners or those with specific milestones, these 60-minute sessions are designed around your space and your goals.

Private Group Fitness in Hindon
Gather up to 4 friends or family members for a private, 60-minute fitness session tailored specifically to your group’s goals. Whether you're all beginners or training for an event, I’ll create a workout that suits everyone.
The best part? You choose the location, and you split the cost.
