Thursday 10am- Park Walk, Shaftesbury

‘ Fit Life’ Low Impact Strength Class

Perfect if you want to get stronger, work your core and your jaw :-) but without any jumping

Saturday 09.30-10.20am Park Walk Shaftesbury

Outdoor Fitness- suitable for all levels, circuit style training.
